Warranty Policy

At ikago, we are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality in materials and workmanship. We are proud to offer a warranty service for a minimum of 2 years from the date of purchase for all of our products.

Our warranty policy covers all ikago products, except for the following:

Non-ikago products Products purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller Products or parts of products that have been altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by ikago

Our warranty policy does not cover any damage or defects caused by:

Accidents (including but not limited to damage by animals, lightning, improper voltage or power supply, fire, natural disaster, transportation, dishwasher, or water) Normal wear and tear or aging of the product

Procedure

  1. If you believe that your ikago product is not functioning properly, please contact us at support@ikago.tech with a description of the malfunction, a copy of the invoice and order ID or proof-of-purchase, and a request for warranty.
  2. Once our Customer Support team has approved the warranty request, we will send you an email with an acknowledgement of warranty and confirm the address for sending a new item, if applicable.
  3. If the product is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a product of equivalent value.

Please note that if the product is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of any repair or replacement costs before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

At ikago, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products, and we are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. However, we cannot guarantee that our products will be free from defects or that they will meet your specific needs or expectations.

Therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, ikago shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or return of our products, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and regardless of whether ikago has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ikago's total liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Our return and warranty policy is subject to the limitation of liability set forth above.

This limitation of liability is in addition to any other limitations and disclaimers that may be included in our terms and conditions of sale, and it does not affect any statutory rights that you may have under applicable law.
