Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from our online shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any questions about your bill, we offer a 30-day refund and exchange guarantee.
How to Proceed
The 30-day refund and exchange guarantee begins on the day you receive your order. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please follow the procedure below:
- Contact us at email@example.com with a clear statement of refund or exchange before the 30-day period expires. Please provide your order number and the reason for your request.
- We will send you an email with an acknowledgment of receipt of your refund or exchange request, and confirm the address for sending a new item if an exchange is requested.
For refunds, we will process your request and issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) within 10 business days.
For exchanges, we will send you a new item of the same or similar value to the address you provide, within 10 business days of receiving your exchange request.
We understand that sometimes issues with products or billing may arise after the 30-day refund period has expired. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so we encourage you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns you may have, even after the 30-day period has expired. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
Our refund and exchange policy does not cover the following items: personalized items, sale items, and digital downloads. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability
At ikago, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products, and we are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. However, we cannot guarantee that our products will be free from defects or that they will meet your specific needs or expectations.
Therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, ikago shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or return of our products, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and regardless of whether ikago has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ikago's total liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Our return and warranty policy is subject to the limitation of liability set forth above.
This limitation of liability is in addition to any other limitations and disclaimers that may be included in our terms and conditions of sale, and it does not affect any statutory rights that you may have under applicable law.
